The XY-TEK TGU in-line ultrasonic flow sensor/flow meter features a compact size, with the circuit integrated inside the sensor, it can output results without external circuitry.

TGU series ultrasonic flow sensor/flow meter can be connected to fluid tubing to accurately measure very low flow rates. Within the flow rate range of 20-100mL/min, the measurement accuracy can reach 1%.

It can be applied in various fields such as low-flow monitoring in medical devices, disposable biopharmaceutical processes, industrial automation and liquid filling applications.

This video shows a simple accuracy test of the TGU in-line ultrasonic flow sensor / flow meters

A syringe pump is used to inject water at about 48 mL/min through the sensor and tubing, and the injected water is collected by a beaker on a scale.

The sensor-measured flow volume can be compared directly with the weight of the water collected, as water has a density very close to 1g/mL (0.997g/mL at 25C, to be exact).
