Liquid filling machines can be divided into vacuum filling, pressurized filling, and atmospheric filling. In principle, a dosing amount of liquid is injected into filling containers by single-head or multiple-head filling. When filling liquid, the clamp-on ultrasonic flow sensor can accurately monitor liquid flow in real-time and tell the difference between a setting of the filling amount and the actual flow volume.

2. CG series clamp-on ultrasonic flow sensors can be directly clamped on the plastic tubing, measuring liquid flow without contacting the liquid inside. The whole measurement process will not cause any contamination to liquid filling, which is especially suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and other aseptic applications.
